Smart Baby Development Program

Assisted Developmental Session

A semi-private developmental experience thoughtfully designed for babies and young toddlers in small groups of up to five children per session.

This neuroscience-informed 12-session program, offered twice per week, is thoughtfully designed to support each child’s developmental journey through loving fun, early Spanish immersion, music, movement, and carefully designed play experiences adapted to each baby’s individual needs.

Sessions focus on mobility, coordination, balance, strength, language development, curiosity, creativity, early literacy exposure, social interaction, and problem-solving through meaningful early experiences in a warm and engaging environment.

To support developmental progress over time, participation in the full 12-session program is strongly recommended, as this curriculum is designed around consistency, continuity, and meaningful developmental experiences rather than entertainment-based activities.

Developmental Pathways

Smart Baby Foundations

3–6 Months

These learning experiences are thoughtfully developed through predictable routines that guide bonding, developmental play, music, movement, and nurturing interaction designed to reinforce upper-body strength, back and neck muscle tone, mobility foundations, posture, coordination, early language development, rhythm, social connection, and early crawling readiness in a warm and engaging environment.

Sessions also support early mobility milestones by encouraging babies to safely turn around, roll from their tummy to their back, and from their back to their tummy through playful movement experiences designed to strengthen coordination, body awareness, growing independence, and expressive language development through cooing, sound play, music, and early vocal interaction.

Smart Baby Exploration

7–13 Months

This developmental stage continues supporting each baby’s developmental milestones through predictable routines that guide movement, developmental play, music, language exposure, and nurturing social interaction in a warm and engaging environment.

Sessions are thoughtfully designed to reinforce mobility, coordination, balance, core strength, rhythm, and growing independence while promoting balanced strength between the upper and lower body to support proper crawling patterns, crawling readiness, directional movement, exploration, and preparation for standing.

Specific attention is placed on developing core stability and postural strength to support comfortable sitting positions, independent exploration, and the gradual foundations for self-feeding skills.

Protective reflexes are reinforced through movement experiences while language development is encouraged through playful babbling interactions, enriched vocabulary exposure, early literacy activities, and the introduction of early Spanish immersion through meaningful interaction, music, and play.

Smart Baby Discovery

13–26 Months

This developmental stage supports the meaningful transition from babyhood into toddlerhood through predictable routines that guide movement, developmental play, music, creativity, language exposure, and nurturing social interaction in a warm and engaging environment.

As children continue growing in independence, sessions are thoughtfully designed to reinforce coordination, balance, rhythm, mobility, confidence, body awareness, and increasingly complex physical abilities through meaningful movement and play experiences.

This stage also introduces palate training through playful exposure to different flavors and food experiences designed to encourage curiosity, flexibility, and positive early relationships with food.

Language development continues through enriched vocabulary exposure, expressive communication, early Spanish immersion, music, storytelling, playful interaction, and early literacy experiences including the introduction and recognition of selected letters through play-based activities.

As children continue transitioning into toddlerhood, the program also introduces small-group developmental experiences focused on sharing, social interaction, independence, self-care routines such as toothbrushing, and logical thinking through activities designed to support safe movement, safely descending from higher levels, exploration, and growing autonomy within everyday environments.

This developmental stage serves as a meaningful bridge between babyhood and toddlerhood while preparing children for more advanced learning experiences within the Imagine Music 4 Children ecosystem.
